90 day full warranty: Any ClearPlay DVD player that becomes defective or inoperative within the first 90 days of purchase will be replaced with a new, renewed or comparable product (whatever is deemed necessary). Your cost is limited to the prepaid cost of shipping the product to the customer service center. Replacement products are warranted for the balance of the original warranty period. 1 & 2 Year Extended Warranties
You have the option of extending the 90 Day Free Warranty for either 1 or 2 years. This is a replacement guarantee warranty. That means, if it's defective we send you a brand new replacement. No need to wait around for a repair. Pricing for these Extended Warranties is on the Product Order Page.
Refund Information
We will gladly issue a refund for any reason for up to 90 days after purchase. You will receive a 100% money back refund for all ClearPlay DVD Players returned as unopened and unregistered. Shipping is non refundable. Players that have been opened or registered will be refunded, but a 15% restocking fee will be assessed.
If you have a player that is not functioning see the warranty information at the top of this page, it is your guarantee that you will receive a "no cost" replacement player.
If you purchased an extended warranty and are having problems then fill out the form on our Contact Page and we will promptly assist you in obtaining a replacement player.
Do not send a player back with out first contacting us. Players sent without return authorization will not be exchanged, refunded or returned!
